GAINSWave has been clinically proven to enhance male sexual function, performance, and overall health.  The technology is called Acoustic Wave Therapy, and it involves using high frequency sound waves. It is also known as extracorporeal shockwave therapy.  You will hear both of these terms in discussions of the GAINSWave procedure, and they have similar definitions.  Extracorporeal shockwave therapy is simply a more specific form of acoustic wave therapy.
